About
Stop adapting your operation
to the software.
Equilibria Tech is a Brazilian software house headquartered in Campinas, São Paulo. Off-the-shelf software gives every company the same mold and makes the operation bend to fit it. We start from a product built for your industry and calibrate it to your business's own rules — AI is the engine that makes that possible, not the headline.
Most enterprise software is designed by people who have never run the operation it's sold into. Equilibria starts the other way around: we embed inside a real operation as the in-house tech team, build against the actual workflow, and productize what works for the broader market.
That's the Lab → Product method. Each product — from Íris, our corporate AI assistant, to every Flow product — was validated in a real operation before reaching the market.
Íris — corporate AI assistant
Our current flagship product: a company AI assistant calibrated to your operation's knowledge, with your brand's own identity. It answers your team, trains new hires, and acts inside the systems you already use — with visibility and control over how AI is used across the company. Not a generic chat model; a character built to know how your company actually runs.
The Flow family — in production
ContadorFlow — WhatsApp-native client service and AI-powered CRM for accounting firms. Built inside a partner accounting firm.
EventoFlow — AI sales agent for event venues (quoting, scheduling, follow-ups). Built inside a real event venue with 20+ years operating.
MagistralFlow — AI pharmacist-assistant for compounding pharmacies. In paying pilot with a high-volume compounding pharmacy (~12K orders/month).
Founder
Guilherme Pagotto founded Equilibria after a decade running and consulting for operations in accounting, hospitality and pharmacy. The thesis: industry-trained AI outperforms generic AI in every workflow that matters.
