Are you an AI agency or a product company?
We're a product company. We deliver industry-specific AI products (the Flow family), not an agency that bills by the hour and disappears at the end of a project, and not an off-the-shelf SaaS that forces your operation to bend to it. The AI is specialized for your industry, and we stay on as the operation runs. Your data and knowledge base are yours, with no lock-in. The software and its IP remain licensed by Equilibria, meaning maintaining the model, the knowledge base and the updates is our responsibility, not yours.
Are these ready-made products, or is everything built from scratch?
They're products. Each solution is validated inside a real operation in the industry and, once it matures, becomes a packaged product (the Flow family), ready for that industry, no from-scratch project needed. MagistralFlow (compounding pharmacies) and DistribuiFlow (distributors) are examples. We configure the product for your operation; the software remains Equilibria's, licensed to you.
Do you work with my direct competitor?
It's possible: the platform is a multi-client product, and that's exactly what keeps it evolving and affordable for everyone. What we protect is what's yours: your data, your clients and your knowledge base are never shared or used to benefit a third party (confidentiality plus vendor neutrality). Your competitive edge lives in your data, and it stays yours.
Why not stick with the SaaS tools I already have, hire a consultancy, or build an in-house team?
**Stacking more SaaS tools:** works until it doesn't, once the combined cost passes R$50K/year and your team spends its time reconciling data across five tools. Equilibria steps in when integrating is more expensive than replacing. **Hiring a boutique consultancy:** it delivers a slide deck and disappears, and you're left operating what it designed with no one to build it. Equilibria acts as an operating partner, not a PowerPoint vendor. **Building an in-house team (a CTO plus 3 developers):** roughly R$80K/month in payroll, 6 months to a first release, high turnover. Equilibria ships in 8-12 weeks with a model already validated in production. If you genuinely need a generic enterprise stack, Salesforce or HubSpot will do the job; we're not the fit for that case.
How long until something is in production?
From 4 to 12 weeks. Adapting an existing layer to your industry (e.g., extending Sales to a new segment) ships in 4-6 weeks. Building a new layer from inside the operation takes 8-12. The diagnostic before all of that is 2 weeks of mapping and planning.
How much does it cost?
By consultation, with a custom proposal. We always start with a short diagnostic (2 weeks) that maps your operation, identifies priorities and recommends a path. Only after that do you get a proposal with fixed scope, timeline and investment for implementation and ongoing operation, with no obligation to proceed.
What people will I need internally?
An executive sponsor (decides scope and priority), one operations person per layer being implemented (validates what we're building), and a technical lead if there's integration with existing systems. All together: 4-8 hours a week from your people during implementation. Ongoing operation: practically zero, the platform runs itself.
Is the data and knowledge mine, or yours?
Your business's data and knowledge (documents, processes, cases, your industry's own language) are yours, in any format, and leave with you at any time (no lock-in). The software, the platform and the AI models belong to Equilibria, licensed for your use. The AI is calibrated to your operation's context, not trained on your data, and maintaining the technology is our responsibility.
How do you handle our customers' data? (LGPD)
Data runs on infrastructure dedicated to your project (Google Cloud, Brazil). Conversations and documents are never used to train external models. The AI model is instructed not to store data outside the session's context. The contract covers the controller/processor obligations required under Brazil's LGPD.
My industry isn't on the list. Do you still work with us?
Probably yes. The industries marked as in production are the ones we already deliver today. Others are handled on demand: if your industry has dense technical knowledge, specific regulation, or processes that eat up specialist time, the method applies. The diagnostic confirms it.
Do you work with B2B distributors, wholesalers or industrial operations?
Yes. DistribuiFlow is the product for a distributor or industrial operation with field sales reps and an existing ERP (Sankhya, Protheus, TOTVS, Bling). The scope covers turning a voice/photo/text order into a structured entry in the ERP, triaging B2B vs. end-consumer inbound, and a prioritized list of dormant clients for reactivation.
Which ERPs do you integrate with?
Validated in production: Sankhya and Protheus. Covered by our technical standard (any ERP with a REST API): TOTVS, Bling, Omie, ContaAzul. ERPs without an API are handled via export/import or middleware. The diagnostic confirms feasibility and integration cost.
Is it safe to run AI on my sales rep's WhatsApp? Is there a ban risk?
DistribuiFlow runs on Meta's official Cloud API, approved by Meta, with no ban risk, unlike unofficial solutions (Baileys or non-approved automation). The rep keeps using their usual number; the AI operates on that SAME number, no app switch required. No order is sent to the ERP without human confirmation. Data is handled under the contract-performance legal basis (LGPD).
