Corporate AI assistant

What's your company's
AI assistant going to be called?

Bring your company's character to life: an assistant with its own name, voice and style, calibrated to your operation's knowledge. It answers, trains and acts, always in your voice.

Íris, Equilibria Tech's AI assistant

Ours is called Íris.

A corporate AI assistant with your company's own identity is your brand's character brought to life: an assistant with its own name, voice and style that answers, trains and acts using your operation's knowledge, instead of a generic ChatGPT with your logo slapped on.

  • The personality is the surface; the engine is the knowledge. It draws on your business's organized knowledge every time it answers.
  • The platform belongs to Equilibria Tech, calibrated to your context.
  • Your data stays yours, with no lock-in.
  • It identifies itself as AI: a brand presence, not a disguise.

One character. Several roles.

Always the same one, in every function

The character isn't decoration. It takes on real roles in the operation, always the same voice and the same style, across every one of them.

Responds

Answers day-to-day questions using your operation's knowledge (procedures, policies, history) for your team, on the channels they already use. Routine questions, it resolves; anything that requires judgment, it routes to the right person.

Trains

Trains the team through role-based tracks, covering onboarding and refreshers. Knowledge that today lives in a few people's heads becomes material the whole company can access, kept up to date as the operation changes.

Acts

It doesn't just inform: it acts inside the systems you already use. It turns a WhatsApp order into a structured entry in your ERP, updates a record, generates a document, always with human approval where it matters.

Anticipates

It doesn't wait to be asked: it tracks the operation and flags what needs attention (an approaching deadline, a client gone quiet, an opportunity) before it turns into a problem.

Each character starts with the roles that make sense for your operation and grows from there. Scope is calibrated in the diagnostic.

What it solves

The pains we hear from decision-makers

What changes when the operation's knowledge stops living only in people's heads and becomes a character that answers.

I tried AI, but it doesn't fit my business.

It answers based on your own operation's organized knowledge, not generic internet content: with a source, not a guess. That's what's called RAG.

Knowledge is stuck in a few people's heads.

What today lives only with the partner or the veteran becomes a knowledge base the whole company can access, one that doesn't disappear when that person is out or leaves.

I waste time hunting for information in the mess.

One question settles it: it finds the procedure, the policy or the document instantly, with no digging through folder after folder.

Training new hires is slow and inconsistent every time.

Role-based tracks, onboarding and refreshers, always in the same voice, with content kept current as the operation changes.

I don't know how my team is using AI today.

A management dashboard shows sessions, costs and what the team asks about most, with role-based access and data hosted in Brazil. Visibility and control over usage, without relying on what everyone does on their own.

What brings the character to life

Personality gives it a face; knowledge gives it substance. Generic AI knows everything about nothing; yours knows everything about your business. The difference isn't in the model; it's in the knowledge base the character draws on: your operation's procedures, rules and history, organized and citable. AI by itself does nothing; that knowledge is what does the work. The character talks to the ERP you already use, with no system switch, and Equilibria Tech maintains and evolves the platform alongside you. We take care of the technology; you take care of your business.

See it live

A character in production, not a prototype

We built Gervinha for OSP, an advisory accounting firm: an accounting education platform with an AI assistant, live today with 75 learning tracks and more than 400 modules. It's a character with its own identity, in production: proof the model works outside a slide deck.

Frequently asked questions

Common questions

Can I give the assistant its own name and personality?
Yes, that's the starting point. You choose the name, persona, voice and style, and the assistant becomes your company's character at every touchpoint. The identity is yours; the platform that brings it to life belongs to Equilibria Tech.
Does it also serve my end customers?
This product's focus is your internal operation, your team. Customer-facing service is usually delivered by your industry's platform (ContadorFlow, MagistralFlow and the other Flow products); when it makes sense, the same character can take on both roles. We define that in the diagnostic.
Does the assistant pass itself off as human?
No. It has a name and a personality, but it identifies itself as an AI assistant: an acknowledged brand presence, not a disguise. Being transparent with whoever it's talking to is part of the product (including for LGPD compliance).
Is this custom-built software?
No. It's a product licensed by Equilibria Tech, calibrated to your operation's context and knowledge base. You get a character with your own identity without paying for (or waiting on) a from-scratch build: it starts from a platform already validated in production.
Does my data train the AI?
No. Your operation's knowledge calibrates and contextualizes the assistant; it doesn't become training data for a public model. The AI is the generic engine; what sets it apart is your business's knowledge base, which it draws on every time it answers.
Who owns the data and the knowledge?
You do. The knowledge, the data and the clients remain your company's, with no lock-in. The platform is licensed by Equilibria Tech (the technology is our responsibility); what belongs to your business stays yours.
Do I need to switch ERPs or systems?
No. The assistant talks to the ERP and systems your company already uses (Sankhya, TOTVS, Protheus, Bling and others). The idea is to put the data you already have to work, not force your operation to migrate tools.
Does the AI replace my team?
No. It takes the repetition off your team's plate (answering the same question, looking up a procedure, training new hires) and frees people up for what requires judgment. The decision stays with whoever is accountable for it; the assistant supports, it doesn't act autonomously without oversight.
How much does it cost?
By consultation; we talk first. Scope depends on your operation (volume, channels, the knowledge base to organize). The first step is a no-obligation diagnostic.
