Where AI fits first
in your operation.

Ten questions, three minutes, no signup to read it. You see your company's AI assistant portrait on screen, and if it's not the time yet, we'll tell you straight.

Operation X-Ray

This is an X-Ray of your operation, not a sales form. It's 10 quick questions and one open one at the end; it takes about 3 minutes. At the end, you get your company's AI assistant portrait on screen, free and with no signup to read it.

No questions about revenue, job title or budget. Just about how your operation runs today. Your portrait can come out one of four ways, and one of them is “it's not the time yet”, which we'll tell you straight.

Sharp portrait

already has work for an assistant tomorrow

Portrait with a shadow

ready to start, but the base is still scattered

in control; AI is a head start, not a patch

AI isn't your bottleneck today

What a company ready for AI looks like

A company is ready for an AI assistant when it has a concrete pain the assistant would solve (the team answers the same thing all day, knowledge is stuck with one person, orders arrive raw and someone retypes them) and a base the AI could pull answers from (a system that's the source of truth, documented procedures). Without a clear pain or a base to draw from, the most honest answer is: not yet.

The five dimensions the X-Ray reads

The portrait isn't a score. It's a named position, built from five signals in your operation, the same ones that separate the company that adopts AI with a clear path from the one that buys a tool and later finds out the base wasn't ready.

Order intake

How demand reaches whoever enters it into the system. An order that arrives by voice note, photo or a loose message that someone retypes is where the assistant delivers the most.

Dependency on a key person

What breaks down when the person who best understands the process is out. Knowledge stuck in a few heads is the pain the assistant turns into something the whole team can access.

Time spent hunting for information

How much of the day goes into finding a procedure or a history that already exists. It's the most direct signal of scattered knowledge.

Source of truth

Which system anchors the operation. A strong ERP gives the assistant somewhere to read from; only loose spreadsheets mean the base still needs organizing first.

Volume and scale

How many people handle service or enter orders in the same flow. Complexity, not company size, is what defines readiness.

How the portrait is calculated

The X-Ray uses simple, fixed rules on your answers, with no AI in the loop: the same answers always produce the same portrait. One of the four possible outcomes is “no portrait yet”, for when the operation doesn't have ground for an assistant yet. A tool that sometimes says “don't start yet” is the only kind worth trusting.

The portrait points to where an assistant would fit first, using the platform's own taxonomy: it responds (answers routine questions with the operation's knowledge), trains (organizes what only lives in a few people's heads), acts (turns a raw order into an order entered in the system) and anticipates (warns before the problem hits). Frequently asked questions

Questions about the X-Ray

What is the Operation X-Ray?

It's a free 10-question tool that shows on screen where an AI assistant would fit first in your operation, and whether your company is ready for it. The result appears with no signup; email is only requested if you want to talk to the team or receive the portrait.

How do I know if my company is ready for AI?

Readiness for AI comes down to two things: a concrete pain AI would solve, and an organized base it could pull answers from. The X-Ray reads five signals from your operation (order intake, dependency on a key person, time spent hunting for information, source of truth, and volume) and gives you an honest read, including "not yet" when that's the case.

Is the X-Ray a diagnostic?

No. It's a quick portrait you read on your own, on screen. The diagnostic is a deeper conversation, with the operation right in front of us, which only makes sense once the portrait shows there's ground for an assistant.

Do I need to give my data to see the result?

No. The full portrait appears on screen with no signup at all. Contact info is only requested afterward, and only if you want to talk to the team or receive the portrait by email.

Will AI replace my team?

No. The assistant takes the repetition off your team's plate (answering the same question, looking up a procedure, retyping an order) and frees people up for what requires judgment. The decision stays with whoever is accountable for it.
